Residential: more than 25 communities entitled and developed, for our own account and for builders including Ryan Homes, Richmond American Homes, Lennar, Augustine Homes, Aaronal Homes and Westbrooke Homes.
Commercial: sites and buildings for Sheetz, Starbucks, Wawa and Dunkin', plus medical and dental offices, restaurants, retail, office campuses and secure facilities for government contractors.
